Update #018 - Customer centric development!
TLDR - (short version)
Christian has been actively seeking feedback from both old and new customers to understand their needs and refine the Vext cabinet, ensuring it delivers maximum value. Following the successful completion of the first batch of pre-orders, we have now opened pre-orders for the second batch, which will ship in November, offering a 200€ discount as a token of appreciation for our supporters. On the manufacturing front, we are making steady progress while exploring the best options to achieve our goal of making Vext an affordable and essential appliance for a wide audience, not just a select few.
Customer interviews
Christian has been in contact with old and new customers in order to get feedback and advice on what the customers value, and how they would see the Vext cabinet work at its best. There's a saying - if you don't know what to do, ask your customers! Our customers are the key to developing the best version of Vext, a product, that brings as much value to the customer as possible.
Second batch open for orders!
After successfully filling our first batch of pre-orders, we have now opened pre-orders for the second batch of Vext cabinets, which will be shipped in November of this year! We're offering a discount of 200€ on the pre-orders, as a thanks for believing in Vext's mission.
Manufacturing
We're making progress on the manufacturing end, but are still continuously weighing our options in order to fulfill our vision - to make Vext an affordable, must have appliance benefiting the masses, not just the few.
