Since 2022, Vext has been on a journey to redefine how food can be grown at home. The first generation of Vext proved the vision works—beautiful, quiet, high-yield growing that fits seamlessly into everyday life.

At the end of 2024, we began developing Vext 2.0: a new generation built on everything we learned from those early units and from your feedback. Now, in September 2025, we’ve just received the best full prototype so far—a major milestone that shows how close we are to delivering it into your homes.

One highlight is the handle you voted for during reservations. Seeing it integrated into the prototype confirms we made the right choice—it feels natural, refined, and truly yours.

We’ve also introduced a new magnetic door latch, which makes the cabinet feel more premium and satisfying every time you open it. Small touches like these are what turn Vext into not just a device, but a piece of furniture you’ll enjoy using every day.


🚚 Shipping Update for Batch 1

During our initial rounds of testing, we found a few details related to fit & finish that we must refine before we can stand behind every unit we deliver. Because you’ve invested your hard-earned money, we believe the only responsible choice is to take the extra time and get it right.

👉 Batch 1 deliveries will now begin in January 2026 (instead of December 2025).

A few important clarifications:

  • This only affects Batch 1. Later batches remain on schedule.

  • Your order is secure. Your place in line is locked.

  • The extra time means a better product. You’ll be receiving a version improved by this final round of refinements.
